The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a generous supply of pots and pans. To add to your enjoyment, the villa is located in a gated, prestigious golfing community and is conveniently located to the I4 which gets you just about everywhere. You can even "swim with a dolphin" without leaving the Villa !!! Beautifully decorated, the villa features two living room areas with slate & wood floors, comfy leather sofa seating & lounge chairs, and both havehi-def flat screen televisions. One area is great for a bit of reading or relaxing; the other great for gathering together for cocktails and a movie! The kitchen, for those who enjoy cooking on vacation, is a chef's delight, complete with full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a generous supply of pots, pans & cooking tools. For indoor eating, there's a casual breakfast nook with seating for four and a more formal dining room with seating for eight. Step through the glass doors to the spectacular pool area and you'll find a very large private pool deck that is so large you have a choice of sun and shade all day long! No fighting over loungers at this villa! There are plenty to go around. If you enjoy casual dining, there's two outdoor dining tables, with eight dining chairs.
The huge master suite on the ground floor levelhas a full sized ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and a flat screen television, with DVD, and sliding doors with a view out to the sparkling pool. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with Queen beds, and a third bedroom with Twin beds, eachwith their own televisions, along with the family bathroom.
There is a powder room on the ground floor level, adjacent to the laundry which has high-endfront-loading washer & dryer. You can pull your car through the power operated door into the garage, to keep it cool out ofthe Florida sunshine!
