Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
PLEASE NOTE
>> There are no internal stairs to and from the basement suite, the stairs are outside / exterior stairs. The same door code works for both the basement and main door.
>> The room with the Bunk Bed is connected to one of the main bedrooms, and it only separated by a curtain, not a door, which makes it perfect for a family sleeping arrangement.
