This cabin is located right in Downtown Linwood which is the Walleye Capital of Michigan. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room and a sofa sleeper in Living room. So it sleeps 4 comfortably.
It is Centrally located 1/2 Mile from The end of Linwood rd and about 3/4 of a mile from Linwood Marina. So for ice fishing you can ride your machines right from the house onto the bay so you don’t have to fight all the guys for a parking spot.
For summer fishing you are very close to Linwood Marina and can launch your boat.
It also Has plenty of space to park trucks with Trailer for your machines in winter or for your Boat in the summer.
Plz note in Winter the host will be Sharing the home and staying in a 3rd bedroom upstairs as he is a ice fishing guide and will be staying here also.
After ice fishing season (January n February) is over host won’t be staying in house. ( sorry the 3rd bedroom is locked and Not available for rental when host is not here.)
House has a fish cleaning table for use as long as guests clean up after themselves and get rid of fish remains somewhere other than here!
We just purchased this home in January 2021 and we remodeled the whole inside. Brand New flooring, new furniture, new beds, mattresses etc... so plz keep good care of it as almost everything is brand new.
***There is No smoking or vaping inside of house! Any hint of it is Loss of whole security deposit!!!!
