Picturesque waterfront cottage located in the Pawson Park district of Branford, CT. The house is 2,400 sq ft. and sits on .38 acres overlooking where the Branford Harbor meets the Long Island Sound. During the summer months, you will have access to a private dock (seasonal and weather permitting) and mooring that are a quick boat ride away from the Thimble Islands. The house is located close to waterfront restaurants, bars and a walking trail. We promise to provide all the essentials you need to be more than comfortable for your initial stay. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, BEACH AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
