OMG! What a rare and unique find! From the beautifully pruned and maintained 100+ year old trees to the warm & so-cozy vibes on the interior, this one is a must stay! Built in 1925 and curated for today`s modern-day conveniences while harmonizing nostalgia from a glimpse back in time to the good ol` days where architectural character mattered! Beautifully restored to its former glory & located in the highly walkable Oak Lawn & Uptown areas in Dallas ... you will know that you have arrived!
Not only will you enjoy inside, but you will also love outside being in the fully fenced back yard affording you the perfect place to feel serene so you can balance work with play. It`s hard to find a back yard in this area of town with urban density and high walkability scores, especially given that the Oak Lawn neighborhood is a Dallas staple convenient to everything, literally, everything.

The Neighborhood - Wow! Wow! Wow! It is so convenient with an urban vibe - but super serene with birds, rabbits, and squirrels. Walk to and enjoy Craddock Park only three blocks away, and enjoy uptown, downtown, and the infamous, nearby Katy Trail at Turtle Creek. With vintage charm and diverse architecture, bikes and exercising is easy and fun!
Uber and/or Lyft are easy and ready on demand within two-three minutes. Also, bus stop just around the corner.
Speaking of buses (and rail), Dallas-Fort Worth also has an app called ‘GoPass’. This app is public transportation made easy in DFW. Purchase your bus and rail tickets right from your phone. And the Trip Planner feature gives you step by step directions with ETA for two-three unique travel options from place of origin to your destination.

NOTE: It`s important to be aware that there will be foot noise from unit directly above this one. The building was built in 1925 as a duplex with one unit up and one unit down (separate front/back doors to each unit with no shared space). This is what makes it such a special and charming place; nevertheless, there`s original hardwood floors in the upstairs unit (downstairs unit too of course) that can have an impact if you are super sensitive to noise! Trash bins: There are two gray trash bins on side of house for regular trash. And there are two blue recycle bins also on side of house.
